Hi, I'm Jen!
I discovered my passion for dog grooming while I was still in high school through a co-op placement. I continued grooming part-time for the next few years before moving to Collingwood to pursue a career in the hotel and resort industry.
After a few years, I realized my heart was still with dogs. When I met Buck at Cuddle Cravers Dog Baths, I found my way back to grooming, and I've never looked back. I love helping dogs look and feel their best, and I enjoy building lasting relationships with both pets and their people.

Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I always knew I wanted a career where I could help them. I discovered dog grooming by chance, but it didn't take long for me to fall in love with it.
I especially enjoy the creativity that comes with grooming and the opportunity to make dogs feel more comfortable and confident. Whether I'm creating a beautiful scissor finish or hand stripping a breed to standard, my goal is always to make every dog look and feel their very best.

I started at Cuddle Cravers as a bather and have since moved into my role at the front desk, where I help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From organizing schedules to assisting our clients, I love making sure both pets and their people have a great experience from the moment they walk through the door.
One of my favourite parts of the job is getting to know our clients and their dogs. I'm always happy to answer questions, help with appointments, and make everyone feel welcome.

Hi, I'm Pau!
I started at Cuddle Cravers four years ago as a bather and prep assistant, and I'm now continuing my journey as a grooming apprentice. Grooming came into my life by chance, but I quickly realized it was the perfect fit for me.
I love helping dogs through every step of the grooming process. Every dog is different, and I enjoy the challenge of getting to know their personalities while continuing to learn and grow as a groomer. Knowing I can make a positive difference in a dog's comfort and well-being is what I love most about my work.
